How many servings does a 6 inch vs an 8 inch cake provide?

A 6 inch cake typically can feed up to 10 people, but can be more or less depending how you cut it.

An 8 inch cake can feed anywhere from 12 to 16 people, again depending on how you cut it.

How do I properly store my order?
For Cakes: best stored in sealed container in the fridge. Even better if you press cling wrap against the exposed cake, so it does not dry out. Usually good for 3-5 days.
Can also be wrapped in cling wrap and frozen for up to 3 months (just bring to room temperature on counter).
For Cupcakes: best in a sealed container, either in fridge or counter. Good for 3-5 days.
For Cookies: best in a sealed container on the counter (not in fridge, they will dry out). Even better, add slice of bread or apple in container to keep them soft and moist. Good for up to a week. ​
Cookies can also be frozen in sealed container for up to 3 months.
Do you do delivery?

Typically I only offer pick up, but for special circumstances I can provide delivery, for an additional fee. Can be discussed at the time of order.
What is the best way to transport my order?

Keep box as evenly flat as possible, it is best on the floor of the front seat of your car, because it is flat and you can keep an eye on it. Try your best to avoid potholes!

Do you offer gluten friendly/vegan baking?

Yes! I offer both gluten friendly and vegan cakes and cupcakes, and continue to explore and add new recipes. You can find them on the Baking Page.
Do you ever use Fondant?

Nope! Only frosting here. I like to experiment with different buttercreams or frostings, but you will not find any fondant here.
What about nut allergies/dairy allergies?
While peanuts or other tree nuts may not be a key ingredient in every one of the menu items, all of the menu items are produced in the same area where products containing various nut items are created. Though best practices are used in the preparation of the menu items, inadvertent cross-contamination may occur.
